2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may open only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. Multiple accounts operated from the same device, IP address, or payment method will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, and contact details — must be true and accurate. Providing false information may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of deposited funds. bdt19 may request supporting documents for identity verification at any time.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials strictly confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the bdt19 support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit Terms

To deposit funds to bdt19, you must use a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. 3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Your account must be fully verified before you can request a withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. bdt19 reserves the right to temporarily delay the withdrawal process for security verification purposes.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

bdt19 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All bonuses, winnings, and balances are displayed in Taka. Transactions in any other currency are not supported.

3.4 Transaction Verification

bdt19 follows anti-money laundering (AML) policies. In the case of unusual transaction patterns, bdt19 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account and conduct an investigation. Failure to provide the required documentation for verification may hold up the withdrawal process.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
Example 2: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000
Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only)
Wagering example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn

4.1 Bonus Eligibility

The welcome bonus can be received by each member only once. To receive the bonus, the applicable conditions must be met at the time of the first deposit. bdt19 reserves the right to decline the award of a bonus for any reason, particularly if there is suspicion of a rule violation.

4.2 Wagering Policy

Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met. The wagering calculation is based solely on the bonus amount, not the deposit amount. Wagering calculations may differ for certain games; details will be published on the promotions page.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus system is strictly prohibited. Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, false information, or by exploiting technical errors will result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus and winnings, and the account may be permanently closed.

4.4 VIP Program

The bdt19 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%; Silver — up to 0.4%; Gold — up to 0.6%; Platinum — up to 0.8%; Diamond — up to 1.0%. Eligibility for progression to a higher tier is determined based on a member's platform activity. The specific terms of VIP benefits may change from time to time.

Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the bdt19 platform are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Any allegation of tampering with a game's outcome will be investigated.

5.2 Betting Limits

Each game has specific minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the relevant game interface. bdt19 reserves the right to change betting limits for security or technical reasons. Bets placed during a technical fault may be declared void.

5.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

5.4 Technical Faults

If a game outcome is affected by a server crash, network disruption, or software error, bdt19 reserves the right to void that specific game or round and refund the bets. There is no obligation to pay out winnings that were obtained as a result of a fault.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt19 platform:

Operating an account by or on behalf of a minor
Creating or operating multiple accounts
Opening an account or making transactions using a third party's identity
Coordinated activity aimed at gaining an unfair advantage from the bonus system
Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or software
Attempting to fix matches, cheat, or gain an unfair advantage
Money laundering or conducting suspicious financial activity
Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other members
Unauthorised access to or modification of the platform's software or data
Unauthorised use of bdt19's intellectual property

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, all balances may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Warranty

The bdt19 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. No guarantee is given that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance.

7.2 Liability for Losses

bdt19 is not liable for financial losses arising from gaming activity. Our liability for losses caused by technical issues, network disruptions, or external factors is limited. In no circumstances will bdt19's maximum liability exceed the amount deposited by the member in question.

7.3 Third-Party Content

bdt19 uses software from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, etc.). These providers' own terms and policies may apply. bdt19 has limited liability for issues related to third-party software.

In the case of a legal order or regulatory obligation
In the case of prolonged inactivity (as separately defined)

9.2 Closure at Member's Request

You may request the closure of your own account at any time. Before making the request, all applicable wagering conditions must be met and any outstanding balance must be withdrawn. It may not be possible to reopen an account after it has been closed.

9.3 Inactive Accounts
